Q. What do I do if a neighbor is not abiding by HOA rules and regulations? 

A. You can report any possible rules violations to the ACC by emailing wev.acc@gmail.com or by reporting it through the PayHOA Portal by clicking on Violations. For anonymous reporting don't click the "attach to unit" button. We ask that you always provide an address with a report of possible violations. 

Q. Are pets allowed in this community?
 

A. Yes. Residents may own up to 3 dogs and/or cats, as per the Bylaws. Pets are required to be leashed whenever they are not inside the home or in the fenced rear yard. 

Q. What are the dues for?

A. Since this is a private community, our streets, streetlights, interior walkways and sidewalks, drainage system, roads, etc.,  all must be maintained by the homeowners. We also are responsible for maintaining perimeter fences, some landscaping outside the fences and all landscaping in the common areas, the park and picnic area, and all Association owned common property.
 

Q. Is this a 55+ only Community?

A. No. Our community is not age restricted in any way.

Q. Are the lots owned or leased?

A. Our community is just like any other residential neighborhood. Homeowners own both the home and the property the home is on.
