Q. What do I do if a neighbor is not abiding by HOA rules and regulations? 

A. You can report any possible rules violations anonymously through the PayHOA portal or by emailing wev.acc@gmail.com

Q. Are pets allowed in this community?
 

A. Yes. Residents may own up to 3 dogs and/or cats, as per the city of Eugene ordinances. Pets are required to be leashed whenever they are not inside the home or in the fenced rear yard. Dogs cannot be left outside when owners are not home to ensure they do not cause a noise nuisance due to barking. Dogs allowed to bark at people using the common areas or at neighbors who are not trespassing on the dog owner's property can result in the issuance of a violation notice.

Q. What are the dues for?

A. Since this is a private community our streets, concrete curbs, streetlights and posts, interior walkways and sidewalks, street drainage system,  mailboxes and covers, etc.,  must all be maintained by the homeowners. Homeowners are also responsible for maintaining perimeter fences, some landscaping outside the fences and all landscaping in the common areas, the irrigation system, the park and picnic area, and all Association owned common property. Other items paid for with dues are management and/or bookkeeping costs, insurance costs, legal fees, taxes, reserve studies, financial reviews, etc.
 

Q. Is this a 55+ only Community?

A. No. Our community is not age restricted in any way.

Q. Are the lots owned or leased?

A. Our community is just like any other residential neighborhood where Homeowners own both the home and the property.
