Q. What do I do if a neighbor is not abiding by HOA rules and regulations?
A. Contact Christina at Metco. Make sure you can provide an address, and she will also need to know which rules or regulations you are referring to.
Q. Are pets allowed in this community?
A. Yes! Residents may own up to 3 dogs and/or cats, as per the Bylaws. Dogs are required to be leashed whenever they are not inside the home or in the fenced rear yard.
Q. What are the dues for?
A. Since this is a private community, our streets, streetlights, interior walkways and sidewalks, drainage system, and roads all must be maintained by homeowners. We also are responsible for maintaining the perimeter fences, landscaping outside the fences and in common areas, the park and picnic area, and all Association owned common property.
Q. Is this a 55+ only Community?
A. No. Our community is not age restricted in any way.
Q. Are the lots owned or leased?
A. Our community is just like any other residential neighborhood. Homeowners own both the home and the property the home is on.

Q. Where do I pay my dues?
A. Dues can be paid through the Metco Homeowner Portal, by using Bill Pay through your bank - make sure your bank knows the Metco address is where to send payment - or by mailing your check to:
