Q. What do I do if a neighbor is not abiding by HOA rules and regulations? 

A. You can report any possible rules violations to our community manager Sara Cole at sara.cole@management trust.com 

Q. Are pets allowed in this community?
 

A. Yes. Residents may own up to 3 dogs and/or cats, as per the Bylaws. Pets are required to be leashed whenever they are not inside the home or in the fenced rear yard. Dogs cannot be left outside when owners are not home to ensure they do not cause a noise nuisance due to barking. Dogs allowed to bark at people using the common areas or at neighbors who are on their own property can be a cause for the issuance of a violation notice.

Q. What are the dues for?

A. Since this is a private community, our streets, streetlights, interior walkways and sidewalks, drainage system, roads, etc.,  all must be maintained by the homeowners. We also are responsible for maintaining perimeter fences, some landscaping outside the fences and all landscaping in the common areas, the park and picnic area, and all Association owned common property.
 

Q. Is this a 55+ only Community?

A. No. Our community is not age restricted in any way.

Q. Are the lots owned or leased?

A. Our community is just like any other residential neighborhood where Homeowners own both the home and the property.
